Forms

 Data collection

• Define hundreds or even thousands of different fields for each Dataset.
• Five types of fields let you enter data quickly:
  • Numeric - with up to 5 decimal places
  • Text - up to 120 characters
  • Date
  • Time
  • Checkbox
  • Menu - select from a predefined list of options.
• Store up to 1,000 values for each field - depending on text field size

 Chart View

• Select any four fields to display in a chart or table view for easy comparison.

 Fields List

• Add, edit, delete, or change the order of fields.
• Define a unique set of fields for each Form

Define Field

• Enter field name.  This will be the field caption.
• Select type - Numeric, Text, Date, Time, Checkbox or Menu.
• Enter parameters for some types (Numeric, Text).
• Select if/how field will be Auto-filled.  For most types, this is either None, or Copy Last value entered.
• Indicate if field is a Required field that must be filled in before advancing to the next record or dataset.
• If Menu, clicking Done takes you to the Menu Options screen where you enter/edit the menu options for this field.

• Define text field of correct size.
• Configure Scanner using Meazura's BCS2Wedge program.  We recommend:
  • Manual scanning, using Centre key
  • remove CR/LF
