If you own a Palm m125 or higher, try the DataGet system. DataGet connects virtually any Mitutoyo gauge to your handheld. The DataGet interface is housed in a sled which clips to the bottom and back of your Palm. The DataGet software converts your Palm into a powerful data collector.

Your Palm supplies all the power to the interface. Inside the sled, a 16 bit microcontroller monitors the gauge, even when the Palm is turned off. The 10 pin connector on the top of the DataGet sled fits standard Mitutoyo cables.

DataGet BCD cartridge for Mitutoyo gauges on the Visor

Our DataGet BCD cartridge is the first gauge interface for the HandSpring Visor. Any Mitutoyo gauge works with the cartridge, as well as gauges from many other manufacturers. The DataGet BCD cartridge is also the first gauge multiplexer for a Palm computer. You'll appreciate this when you have to switch between gauges while measuring parts. To keep costs down our hardware works with the standard Mitutoyo cables for your gauge.

The unique, low power design comes from a custom chip designed specifically for the handheld market. With a robust design, and cables coming out of the top of the unit, the DataGet BCD cartridge is the ideal choice for wearing on a tool belt. You don't need to remove the cartridge to sync your data either!

The DataGet Palm III gauge Mitutoyo Interface connector has been redesigned. The adapter cable attaches to the bottom of your Palm, and is easy to remove for syncing your data back to the PC.
