DataGet Analog and Gap Flush Board
For LMI, Component Engineering, and JSR Gauges

The DataGet Gap Flush cartridge brings you a new level of accuracy at an amazingly low price point. With a precision of +/- 0.0002mm and an accuracy of +/- 0.002mm on a 10mm gauge, it offers the accuracy of a 16 bit A/D converter. To ensure electrical spikes from arc welders and electric motors are minimized, each measurement is sampled 128 times. The results are then filtered to remove 50 and 60 Hz line noise. All this takes place in less than 1/10 of a second.

The RJ connectors are pin compatible to the DataMyte 501 making this an excellent replacement for those aging units. The 4 and 6 pin connectors work with the standard one and two axis gauges made by LMI, Component Engineering, and JS Research. You do not need to remove the cartridge to replace the batteries or HotSync your data with the PC.

You can unlock the full power of these gauges with our easy to use DataGet software. The program has been updated to support 2 and 3 point calibrations. Each variable can be assigned to a particular analog channel and each variable can have a unique calibration. The operator setup can be specified on the PC using the DataGet XML standard.
